Flourish Education is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive Primary School in Stratford-Upon-Avon, rated 'Good' by OFSTED. The school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Key Stage 2 pupil with a range of complex needs, including Autism, PDA and challenging behaviour. This is a full-time role, and the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the child's learning and emotional development within a nurturing environment. This position is to start as soon as possible and is expected to continue into September, with the potential to extend for the full academic year. Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role: Teaching Assistant Level 2 Qualification Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupils. Build effective relationships with pupils and staff. Experience supporting children with SEND and SEMH. Experience within UK primary schools. Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
