Join Anglian Water's Strategic Pipeline Alliance as a n Information Controller. The Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) is searching for a n Information Controller to support and enhance our project delivery team. What will you be doing as our new Information Controller ? In support of the wide range of vital, complex and exciting projects we are undertaking across a large team of alliance companies, we are looking for an Information Controller to join the Delivery team. You will be r eporting to the Information Manager, and be responsible for document/information control on SPA projects across the entire programme. The role is primarily assurance including maintaining records, overseeing document control and compliance to SPA BIM standards and Common Data Environment (CDE) process workflows. Key responsibilities: Assist project team leads with administration and maintenance of the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) on projects. Generate new document and drawing numbers upon request from the project team and supply chain ensuring they are registered in the MIDP. Support the project team and supply chain end-users to upload, create and store data correctly into the various SPA CDE platform folders. Review and audit project deliverables – checking that deliverable files are registered in the MIDP, all metadata is competed correctly, and each deliverable filename conforms to the file naming convention. Administer the incoming documents and outgoing deliverables processes for the project team and supply chain, assisting with the distribution of developed content and information, and ensuring that SPA QA is applied at all stages. Assist the Information Manager with the creation and distribution of guidance, workflows and training resources. Assist the Information Manager with training of project team and supply chain end-users in correct document control related matters and CDE workflow procedures. Assist project team leads with project report preparation, follow-up and reminders - monitoring the progress of deliverables, sending reminders to the Delivery Teams about the deadlines. Assist with the administration of end-user authentication and access to the CDE. Assist with end-user troubleshooting of CDE related technical problems. A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours: This job might be for you if you have : Minimum NVQ or similar. Experience working in a project support environment. Experience with document control, administration. Experience working in the Water Utilities industry or building, infrastructure design industry. Experience working to PAS1192 or ISO19650 BIM protocols. Knowledge of SPA Common Data Environment technologies is beneficial: MS SharePoint, BIM 360 Docs, MS Azure Cloud, GIS application software. Knowledge of Office 365. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) Knowledge of MS Power BI, MS Flow Automate, MS Forms.
