Key Responsibilities
* Act as a key contact for clients, delivering consistently high‑quality fund and portfolio valuation advice
* Produce Red Book‑compliant valuations, with a primary focus on:
o Fund and portfolio valuations
o Financial reporting
* Inspect properties, analyse market comparables, and undertake detailed valuation modelling
* Prepare clear, robust valuation reports and present findings directly to institutional and fund clients
* Support workflow planning, internal QA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices and complementary service lines, including capital markets and asset management teams
* Contribute to business development activity, including fund mandates, bids, proposals, and RFPs
* Mentor junior colleagues and support their technical and professional development
* Ensure compliance with internal risk, regulatory, and professional standards
Person Specification
* Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related property discipline
* MRICS (ideally 4+ years PQE) with RICS Registered Valuer status
* Demonstrable experience in commercial and fund/portfolio valuations
* Strong understanding of valuation standards, methodologies, and market drivers
* Proficient in ARGUS Enterprise / Developer and Excel
* Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills
* Highly organised and comfortable managing a busy, deadline‑driven workload
* Able to work both independently and as part of a wider national team
* Full UK driving licence
