Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting for a ServiceNow Program Directorto join their business in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications/Responsibilities:
1. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within Customer’s Productivity, Collaboration and Social platform team. Some of the key responsibility of the program manager will include:
2. Defining and implementing the program's strategy and objectives.
3. Coordinating and managing the various projects within the Productivity, Collaboration and Social platform team
4. Ensuring that the program's goals are aligned with PC&S overall strategy.
5. Managing the program's budget and resources.
6. Monitoring and reporting on the program's progress.
7. Identifying and mitigating risks to the program's success
8. The right individual will have experience of leading large programs within the End User Services domain and have a good understanding of Infrastructure project delivery challenges. As this is a high-profile role, demonstrable experience of managing both senior business stakeholders and IT execs is a must.
