The role starts as a working supervisor with a 60/40 split (office / site) so you can keep your technical edge while you learn the coordination and leadership side properly - with the intention that, as you bed in, the balance shifts further toward supervision. They’re a long-established building services contractor working mainly across commercial sites (some industrial too), and they’re now part of a larger group — so it’s not a small domestic outfit, and there’s proper backing for training and progression. It’s not a national travelling job. The patch is mainly Peterborough and surrounding Cambridgeshire down to Huntingdon.
