Job Opportunity: Housing & Property Manager
Location: Nottingham
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £34,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and enthusiastic Housing & Property Manager to lead the acquisition of new properties, develop our housing management services, and manage our existing refuge and dispersed refuge accommodations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project manage the expansion of the property portfolio, ensuring compliance with investor and partner organization requirements.
2. Manage outsourced contracts related to housing works, including seeking new contracts through tendering processes, and overseeing contractors, suppliers, solicitors, and surveyors.
3. Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants, review leases and contracts, and seek legal advice when necessary. Develop and manage administrative systems for legal documents and commitments.
4. Recruit and train staff in collaboration with external partners as part of the expanded housing service.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and sector best practices, aligned with Juno’s aims and objectives.
6. Provide case management and supervision for housing officers, and manage housing cases directly when necessary, especially at the start of the project.
Required Experience:
* Management and leadership experience, including within the charity sector.
* Experience managing building contractors, utility suppliers, surveyors, solicitors, etc., including tendering processes.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results on time, within budget, and to high standards.
* Experience in the Social Housing sector.
