The role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a small number of Community Streetscene Officers within Liverpool City Council’s Neighbourhoods and Housing directorate The Community Streetscene Officer role involves engaging with and responding to issues and opportunities raised by key stakeholders including Councillors, key partners, businesses, local residents and communities In the role of Community Streetscene Officer, you will manage projects and funding, enforce regulations, and ensure high standards of service, safety and customer care. You will work within a designated area of the city and your main office bases will be Newton Road Depot and the Cunard Building The ideal candidate for the role of Community Streetscene Officer will have experience of working at a similar level in a related field (Neighbourhood or Environmental related services). They will also take a flexible approach and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills If you meet all of the essential criteria and are ready to pay a key role in achieving positive sustainable outcomes for the city, we want to hear from you! This role is fixed term for 12 months for the purpose of supporting the transition of operational delivery of recycling, waste management and street care services back into the Council. Salary £34,314 - £38,626 PAClosing date 04/06/2025hours 35 Hours Per Week Fixed Term
