Data Analyst
Hybrid - London - 4 days per week in the office.
£45,000 to £50,000 +bonus.

The Role
* Work as part of an analytics team to understand client objectives and translate them into clear analytical approaches.
* Analyse campaign performance, audience behaviour, and customer interactions to identify what worked, what did not, and what to do next.
* Support clients with broader analytical projects such as customer segmentation, identifying high-value customers, and analysing large transactional datasets.
* Collaborate with colleagues to build insights and contribute to client presentations and recommendations.
* Use data storytelling to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience as a data or insight analyst
* Solid SQL capability for querying and analysing large datasets.
* Experience using a BI or data visualisation tool, with Tableau preferred but not essential.
* Exposure to digital, marketing, advertising, or CRM data is beneficial.
* Comfortable working with clients or stakeholders and explaining analytical findings clearly.
* Curious, engaged, and motivated to understand the “why” behind the data.
