* Supporting experienced fee earners on a wide range of Commercial Property matters, including sales, acquisitions, leases and related transactions
* Managing documentation, files and correspondence across multiple matters
* Liaising with clients, agents and third parties by telephone and email
* Assisting with the smooth progression of transactions while meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
* Working full time in an office-based, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm)
* Immediate start available, subject to notice period
This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their experience in Commercial Property within a team that values learning and development. * An experienced Commercial or Residential Property Paralegal, a law graduate, or someone with a strong academic background and a clear interest in Commercial Property law
* Ideally 2+ years experience in property law, although applications from less experienced candidates with strong academics are welcomed
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
* Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage a busy workload
* Proactive, reliable and team-focused in your approach
