Person Specification
* Experienced Pharmacy Dispenser/Technician with strong dispensary leadership skills
* NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services/equivalent
* Confident, proactive and capable of leading a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
* Enthusiastic about improving processes and supporting staff development
