Our client, a prestigious organisation in Oil & Gas, is seeking a Temporary Corporate Receptionist to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide VIP customer service to visitors and staff, ensuring a seamless and professional front-of-house experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet visitors with a warm and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
2. Accurately manage reservations of meeting rooms using a computerised booking system.
3. Liaise with PAs, Directors, Catering, and AV staff to coordinate meetings and events.
4. Assist with organising catering and audio-visual equipment, occasionally helping to set up meeting rooms.
5. Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and ready for the next scheduled event.
6. Handle switchboard duties, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual.
7. Provide excellent customer service by going the extra mile to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
8. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, creating a welcoming environment for visitors.
