Clarus Education is partnering with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Bexley to recruit an experienced Reception / EYFS Teacher for a full-time permanent role starting in April 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, experienced Early Years practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality provision within the Early Years Foundation Stage. The school seeks a teacher who can create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment to support children at the start of their school journey.

Key Responsibilities
8. Deliver high-quality teaching aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
9. Plan and implement engaging, creative learning experiences that support early development
10. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
11. Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
12. Monitor and assess progress to ensure strong outcomes for all children
13. Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents
The Ideal Candidate
14. Qualified with QTS and proven EYFS / Reception experience
15. Strong understanding of the Early Years curriculum and child development
16. Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
17. Nurturing and inclusive teaching approach
