The Person:
1. Electrical background, either Commercial or Industrial
2. Any Marine / REME / Ex-Navy background is also preferred
3. Ideally Time-Served, or HND/HNC
4. Other trade qualifications would be beneficial, such as 18th edition
5. Looking for long term training
