Key Responsibilities:
: Carry out daily PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems
: Respond promptly to emergency callouts and resolve issues efficiently
: Maintain and repair HVAC plant, AHUs, FCUs, VAV, VRV systems, and water treatment equipment
: Work on general building maintenance tasks as required, including pumps, boilers, drainage, and plumbing
: Conduct fault:finding and repair on key mechanical systems
: Operate and manage BMS (Building Management System) and Head End Controls
Requirements:
: NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
: Ideally, 3 years of experience in building services maintenance
: Experience with planned and reactive maintenance on heating/cooling systems primarily, with experience of steam/BMS systems/plumbing advantageous.
: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to diagnose faults effectively
: Motivated to succeed and develop within the role
