Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and laundry in the home.
* Carry out all cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
* Understand cleaning requirements of different surfaces and materials.
* Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect and their personal space is respected.
Shift Details: Two part‑time positions available. Week one schedule: four days; week two: three days.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Health and Safety, including Moving and Handling, Fire Safety, COSHH assessments.
* Experience cleaning laundry in a public setting.
* Demonstrate compassion and commitment to high‑quality housekeeping/laundry service to residents.
* Ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities on short notice.
Requirements
* A DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
* Submission for Disclosure and Barring Service as required by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
Compensation and Employment
* Pay: £12.23 an hour.
* Contract: Permanent.
* Working pattern: Part‑time.
