Senior Delivery Manager | Automation | D365 | Banking Transformation | Central London 2/3 Days Per Week Onsite | £110,000 + Market Leading Benefits
We’re supporting a historic financial institution that has just signed off a major investment to accelerate its automation agenda. As part of this programme, they are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who will sit at the centre of their Microsoft transformation and will deliver an end-to-end D365 automation for multiple processes across the organisation.
This is a high-impact position where you’ll guide multiple engineering workstreams, shape technical direction, and ensure automation, AI, and integration capabilities are delivered effectively across the organisation.

What my client are looking for:
This isn’t an entry point into delivery - they want someone who has operated at this level before and can hit the ground running.
They’re looking for someone who has:
* Experience delivering automation for Microsoft-stack transformations (D365 or another Microsoft Technology)
* Senior delivery leadership experience - ideally within financial services or another regulated environment
* The ability to speak confidently with architects, engineers, and AI specialists while also presenting clearly to C-suite stakeholders
* Strong understanding of API-driven integrations, orchestration tools, and Microsoft cloud services
* A proactive, steady operator who can manage ambiguity, navigate risk, and give clear direction
Above all, they want someone with the right presence - someone who brings credibility, knows how to steer delivery teams, and can get into technical detail when it matters.
