Shift – Rotating shift pattern (Days & Nights)
Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a world-leading automotive seating manufacturer supplying major brands including BMW, Mini, and Vauxhall.
Working within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment where a seat is produced every 60 seconds, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (80%) and reactive breakdown support (20%) to ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency.
This is a critical role where rapid response to breakdowns is essential due to the high cost of downtime. You will also be involved in continuous improvement activities, TPM systems, and supporting the overall reliability of automated production lines.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
* Experience working in a manufacturing or production maintenance environment
* Electrical Engineering Qualification
Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
* Automotive manufacturing experience
* Experience with TPM / continuous improvement systems (e.g. RCA, QRCI)
* Knowledge of robotics and automated assembly systems xsngvjr
* Experience with facilities maintenance and site services
