Central Employment is working with a leading services provider to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Campaign Executive, joining an established in-house Marketing, Communications, and Events team.
Digital Marketing Campaign Executive profile:
The digital marketing campaigns lead will be responsible for reporting and reviewing performance marketing and PPC analytics, aiding strategic, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, ensuring timeliness, effective budgeting, and alignment with membership growth plans.
* Run and optimise Google Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of search and display advertising.
* Utilise Google Tag Manager to set up and manage triggers, tags, and custom conversions.
* Set up and report on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
* Collaborate across teams for aligned, well-executed, data-driven campaigns.
* Drive and measure email marketing, SEO, website optimisation, and automations.
* Develop targeted content for paid and organic social campaigns, including ads, carousels, and videos.
* Manage paid and organic social media campaigns via LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, monitoring budgets, ROI, and KPIs.
* Test and optimise marketing tactics for lead nurturing and member acquisition using automations.
* Support ongoing improvement of acquisition strategies.
Experience required:
* Proven experience in planning and executing high-impact B2B multi-channel digital campaigns with ROI focus.
* Hands-on skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency with WordPress and web content management systems.
* Experience with Google Tag Manager and event tracking setup.
* Proficiency in GA4 and data-driven decision making.
* Experience managing paid LinkedIn campaigns, especially lead generation and audience building.
* Ability to manage internal relationships across various seniority levels.
* Deep knowledge of paid LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
