Applicants should be inspirational leaders who can develop a team of professionals to deliver high-quality show performances and entertainment all year round.Key responsibilities include:Directing, leading, and coaching the Entertainment teamCommunicate effectively to the General manager, hotel leaders, team and visiting artists to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of the Entertainment programme.Take ownership of the Entertainment department, monitoring consistent delivery of a quality Warner experience in line with the Warner Brand Standards.You should demonstrate a strong passion for various facets of entertainment and possess the ability to curate and execute a diverse range of activities, live events, and engagements.Monitor guest insights, using feedback to drive a culture of improvementDemonstrates and role models a commitment to delivering a superior guest experience in everything that you doYou will be someone who can work collaboratively and build great relationships within the hotel leadership team and the wider central support team to create a positive and thriving environment.Skills required:Rostering skills - creating rotas for the Entertainment team, managing visiting artists and the resident band to successfully deliver the daytime and evening entertainment programmeOrganisational skills - To manage the weekly admin tasksGreat Presentation skills – Being the perfect hostHigh Communication skills - Via telephone, email, and face-to-face with team, guests, and other managersStrong leadership skills - To grow and develop the entertainment team and the entertainment programmeReady to apply?Please send your CV to warnerents.recruitment@warnerhotels.co.ukSuccessful candidates will be required to provide 'right to work' documents to confirm they are 18+ and can legally work in the UK.
