As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our front-of-house team. What You'll Do:
1. Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and inspiring the team.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
3. Deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
4. Motivate and train team members to achieve their best.
5. Assist in stock management, financial targets, and operational efficiency.
6. Ensure high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and food quality.
7. Step up and take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
8. Have experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant setting.
9. Love working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.
10. Be a strong team player and natural leader who motivates others.
11. Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
12. Have financial awareness in stock control, budgets, and sales targets.
13. Be able to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure.
14. Bring a hands-on, positive, and can-do attitude.
