Key Responsibilities:
* Warranty Invoicing/Claim Processing – Ensure timely and accurate warranty submissions and follow-ups.
* Retail Invoicing – Process customer invoices quickly and efficiently.
* General Admin Duties – Maintain records, manage documents, and handle service department correspondence.
* Team Support – Provide day-to-day assistance to the service team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Experience Required:
* Basic understanding of automotive products and services
* Confident with computer systems; experience with Keyloop (formerly CDK) is a strong advantage
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently
* Detail-oriented, well-organised, and capable of using initiative without close supervision
