Full Time Permanent. 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday to Friday)
Salary up to £43,000 per annum.

Chargehand Duties
1. Dealing with legal disrepair and complex cases
2. Monitoring all legal disrepair cases through to completion
3. Working out on site completing works
Role Criteria:
4. Experience in Carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, painting & Decorating
5. Experience in Damp and Mould
6. Office Experience
7. Surveyor experience
