We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a secure and modern operations facility in Shepperton.
This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, production or goods-handling experience who are looking for a stable, structured Monday–Friday position.
The Role
Working within a controlled warehouse environment, your responsibilities will include:

Sorting and organising physical materials

Counting and reconciling items accurately
*
Processing high volumes with precision
*
Preparing materials for secure onward distribution
*
Following structured procedures and quality standards
*
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role.
What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse, production, logistics or goods-handling experience

Strong attention to detail
*
Confident with basic maths and counting
*
Comfortable working with repetitive tasks
*
Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg
*
Reliable, punctual and process-driven
*
Able to commute to Shepperton daily
*
Able to pass background and security checks
