We are looking for someone for a full-time role to start as soon as possible to lead as Sales Manager at Urban Food Fest in Manchester, an exciting, trendy, and fun street food and events business. The role is suited to someone who is very dynamic, hands-on, creative, and committed, with previous experience in sales as well as leading a team. Your role will include managing team members and growing the business with ideas, innovations, alongside sales.

Founded by City lawyer and investment banking duo Jessica and Mike, Urban Food Fest's flagship is famous for its street food night markets featuring street food trucks and stalls, bars, vintage furniture seating areas, and live music. The Role Includes
1. Hands-on day-to-day sales
2. Pushing sales targets
3. Strategically developing sales within the business
