Primary Objective
Provide carpentry, finishing, tiling & decoration skills and support to the Building Supervisor & Team, Construction Director and the Contracts Team
To assist with remedial work
To assist with project work
Provide back-up/cover when necessary for other roles within the Building & Contracts Team
Daily Tasks
2nd fix carpentry work
Tiling work
Decoration work
Snagging work
Other duties as requested to support the Building Team
Liaison and Communication
Build and maintain good working relationships with site-based Origin colleagues
Build and maintain good working relationships with all Origin staff and trusted sub-contractors
Build and maintain good communication and relationships with Origin clients
General
To assist in other matters as requested.
Act in the best interests of Origin Leisure at all times.
Meetings
As required - Trade meetings, project updates, tool box talks
Performance Indicators
Efficient daily task completion
Working diligently and safely
Reporting To
The Building Supervisor & The Directors or another Manager if nominated by the management team
