What The Role Actually Involves
Youll be programming, setting and running 3 & 5 axis machining centres, producing precision components from a range of steels and alloys. Work is varied, tolerances are tight, and quality matters.
This is a hands-on role where youre trusted to:
Take jobs from drawing through to finished component
Work confidently with FANUC controls
Machine complex parts accurately and consistently
Spot issues early and take pride in getting things right first time

What Theyre Looking For

Youll likely be a good fit if you:
Are time-served (or equivalent) in CNC machining
Have solid experience as a CNC Miller in a sub-contract or precision environment
Are comfortable programming, setting and operating CNC mills
Have experience with 3 & 5 axis machines
Can read engineering drawings without needing hand-holding
