Bookkeeper Opportunity | Flexible Working | North Wales (Gaerwen area)
Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a role that offers flexibility around your working days and hours? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and supportive business during an exciting period of development and finance system improvements, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
The RoleWorking initially 4–5 days per week (with flexibility), you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations. You’ll collaborate closely with finance colleagues, senior management and external advisors, gaining exposure to a broad range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing purchase and sales invoices
2. Bank reconciliations
3. Credit control and debtor monitoring
4. Supporting supplier payments
5. Maintaining accurate financial records
6. Assisting with VAT return preparation
7. Payroll administration support
8. Data entry and reporting
9. General finance and administrative duties
10. Supporting improvements to finance systems and processes
What We’re Looking For
11. Qualified Bookkeeper or part-qualified Accountant
12. Strong experience using QuickBooks
13. High attention to detail and accuracy
14. Excellent organisation andmunication skills
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
16. Based within reasonablemuting distance of Gaerwen
Desirable
17. SME experience
18. Agricultural or farming sector exposure
19. Welsh speaking skills
