Do you have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the refurbishment industry?
Are you based near Rotherham?

Key aspects of the role:
Using your commercial expertise to your advantage and drive the refurbishment projects in both Social Housing and Commercial.
* From cradle to grave on various schemes, you'll become an essential member of the team, for which you will be recognised through training and progression.
* Lead the subcontractors, material procurement and commercial management.
* Use your experience to minimise the costs and enhance value for money whilst adhering to legal and quality assurance requirements.
What you'll need:
* Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
* Member of RICS
* UK Driving Licence
* Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.
