People Integration Advisor: As a key member of our HR engine room, the People Integration Advisor plays a vital role in powering a smooth, colleague centred integration across the Saga, Ageas and esure businesses. Reporting to the People Integration Lead and working closely with our OD Specialist, this role sits at the heart of our People Integration activity—providing high quality, reliable and compassionate operational HR support during a period of significant organisational change.
You will be instrumental in ensuring every colleague experiences a clear, well managed and supportive journey throughout consultation and transition. From coordinating end to end HR processes and producing accurate documentation, to acting as a trusted point of contact for colleagues and leaders, you will help maintain momentum, consistency and confidence across the programme.
Working within defined methodology and governance, the People Integration Advisor ensures that every activity—no matter how small—lands with precision, integrity and pace. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute directly to one of our most important transformations, shaping a seamless colleague experience and enabling HR to operate at its very best.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Deliver end to end consultation support, including preparing documentation, attending 1:1 meetings and managing employee queries.
2. Coordinate and administer all programme related HR activity—scheduling, issuing contracts and change letters, processing employee changes and maintaining data accuracy.
3. Support selection and matching processes by preparing tools, guiding leaders, and providing HR support during assessments and scoring sessions.
4. Maintain accurate, up to date integration information and documentation, ensuring consistent communication and robust version control.
5. Complete redundancy calculations, validate outcomes and support the timely processing of payments and outplacement referrals.
6. Assist in policy consolidation and TUPE documentation preparation, ensuring a compliant, structured and auditable approach to all HR outputs.
Skills and experience:
7. Experience in HR administration or advisory roles, ideally within transformation or organisational change environments.
8. Proven ability to manage multiple time critical tasks while maintaining accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality.
9. Confident, empathetic communicator capable of supporting colleagues through sensitive and uncertain periods.
10. Highly organised with experience coordinating end to end HR processes and maintaining reliable data accuracy.
11. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law relating to consultation, redundancy and contractual change.
12. Skilled in HR systems and Microsoft Office, with strong document production and stakeholder management capability.
13. Resilient and adaptable, able to remain calm, focused and effective while supporting high volume, time sensitive integration activity and navigating evolving priorities.
