Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Panel Technician / MET Technician to join our busy and professional repair centre in Bourne.

The Role
As a Panel Technician / MET Technician, you'll play a key role in returning vehicles to manufacturer standards following accident damage.
Your responsibilities will include:
14. Carrying out high quality panel repairs and replacements
15. Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components (MET)
16. Performing vehicle body repairs, alignment and structural repairs
17. Welding and repairing damaged vehicle panels using approved methods
18. Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
19. Working efficiently to productivity targets while maintaining exceptional workmanship
20. Collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
About You
We're looking for a skilled and motivated technician who takes pride in delivering quality repairs.
Ideally, you'll have:
21. Previous experience as a Panel Technician, MET Technician, Vehicle Body Repair Technician, Bodyshop Technician, or Accident Repair Technician
22. Strong knowledge of panel beating, welding, stripping and fitting, and vehicle repair techniques
23. Experience working within a bodyshop, accident repair centre, or vehicle repair environment
24. ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential)
25. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
26. A positive attitude and strong team-working skills
