We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join a growing finance team in Skipton, supporting fivepanies with a variety of transactional finance duties. Key Responsibilities
1. Managing purchase and sales ledger processes using Sage 200
2. Processing purchase and sales invoices across fivepanies
3. Handling credit card transactions and associated reconciliations
4. Processing Purchase Orders and credit card spend
5. Working with thepany’s Purchase Order system
6. Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets to support financial reporting
7. Providing general office administration support, including filing, organisation, printing, photocopying and telephone duties
8. Attending departmental meetings as required
9. Carrying out any other duties appropriate to the position
What We’re Looking For
10. Experience in purchase ledger, sales ledger or a similar transactional finance role
11. Familiarity with Sage 200 (desirable)
12. Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
13. A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks
14. A team player with goodmunication skills
