About Towy Castle
Located in three acres of gardens overlooking the Towy estuary, Towy Castle is a 61-bed home with over 35 years of trusted experience in residential and dementia care. Our team is supportive, long-standing, and committed to delivering care in a warm, family-style environment.
Your Role
* Plan and deliver varied activities suited to residents' needs
* Encourage participation in both group and one-to-one sessions
* Organise seasonal events, celebrations, and outings
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and local groups
* Keep simple records of attendance and feedback
What We're Looking For

Organised with good communication skills
Experience in care, community, or activity-based roles (desirable)
