Why join Timothy Taylor's?
At Timothy Taylor's, we don't just brew beer – we brew legacy. Still family-owned and proudly independent since 1858, we've built a reputation for doing things the right way, not the easy way. That goes for our people too.
We're now looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Brewing Operative to join our operations team. If you take pride in doing things precisely, enjoy being part of a collaborative team, and want to play a role in crafting award-winning beers, this could be your next step.
The role: Brewing Operative
Working within the brewing department, you'll be primarily responsible for vessel cleaning and beer transfer, ensuring our processes run smoothly and to the highest standards. You'll also support other brewing activities, gaining multi-skilled experience across the department where required.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, where maintaining hygiene standards, carrying out checks, and operating equipment are key to keeping quality and efficiency at the heart of our operation.
What makes this role rewarding?
You'll have real impact - Your work directly contributes to the quality of our award-winning beer.
You'll be supported to grow - Whether you're developing brewing expertise or expanding your skills in production, we'll help you build your knowledge and confidence.

* Is flexible, proactive and eager to learn.
* Holds a forklift licence or has experience with HMI-controlled systems (desirable, not essential)
The role involves manual handling and standing for extended periods. Applicants must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, with reasonable adjustments provided where required.
