A forward-thinking construction and property consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their Oxford team. You will manage projects across education, student accommodation, commercial, and residential sectors, delivering them from early stages to completion.
The consultancy values proactive project managers and supports professional development, including MRICS chartership.
Role Overview
You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, monitor programmes, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
Project Manager Responsibilities
* Manage projects from initial concept to handover
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
* Monitor project budgets, programmes, and risk
* Prepare reports and updates for clients and senior management
* Conduct site visits to track progress and resolve issues
* Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are maintained
Project Manager Requirements
* Experience managing projects in education, student accommodation, commercial, or residential sectors
* Strong organisational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar
* MRICS qualified or working towards chartership desirable
