An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly successful team.
The focus is on the Media and Sports sector acting for both organisations and highly paid individuals. Supporting lead partners, the role is suitable to associates and recently qualified solicitors.
Acting for a diverse and impressive client base (corporates, clubs, associations, TV & entertainment celebrities, coaches, players & athletes), the quality of work is excellent.
Typical instructions include:
* Drafting Employment Contracts and Service Agreements
* Advising on Player transfer and transactional documentation
* Breach of Contract and enforcement measures
* Employment issues and representation before Regulatory Bodies
* Employment Law Tribunal Proceedings
Offering a multi-disciplinary service to clients, you will also enjoy working closely with colleagues in corporate and commercial teams.
Whilst previous experience of acting for entertainment, media or sports clients is desirable, it is not essential. You will need to be able to demonstrate both contentious and non-contentious experience in technical and complex employment law matters. Whilst all applications will be considered, it is likely that your career to date has been with a Legal 100 or boutique Employment Law practice.
