Salary: £39,000 - £46,000 Per Annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

Your Role
We are on the lookout for a qualified and experienced social worker who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of Children Looked After and their foster parents. If you have a solid understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and fostering standards, we want to hear from you!
What You Bring
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* A Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent
* Experience working with children and young people, particularly those in care
* A comprehensive knowledge of legislation supporting fostering and Children Looked After
* A full driving license with unrestricted access to your own car
Key Responsibilities
As a Principal Social Worker, you will:
* Support and deputize for the Registered Manager as needed
* Supervise team members under the guidance of the Registered Manager
* Empower and promote foster parents to reach their full potential
* Ensure compliance and monitor the performance of foster parents and staff
* Collaborate with children, young people, foster parents, and professionals to prioritize safeguarding and positive outcomes
