My client prides themselves on delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships with their clients and are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team. What You'll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients whilst working alongside the area manager. Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products. Monitor client accounts and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients. Visit clients on-site as required to maintain and strengthen relationships. We're Looking For: Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
