Technical Lead Okta

We are looking for a hands-on Okta Technical Lead to steer a critical identity management project through its next phase of maturity.
This is not a \"greenfield\" project; the foundation has been laid, and a test environment is currently in place. Your primary mission will be to validate the existing architecture, rectify potential configuration risks, and establish a robust, scalable path to production.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Oversight: Act as the subject matter expert for all things Okta, ensuring the configuration is secure, efficient, and \"production-ready.\"
* Hands-on Implementation: You aren't just a strategist; you will be directly involved in the technical execution and troubleshooting.
* Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with our Delivery Lead and existing technical team to align technical milestones with business goals.
* Operational Excellence: Establish the framework for ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support once the system is live.
Experience
* You have a deep, proven track record of leading Okta implementations in complex, non-greenfield environments.
* You understand the nuances of DNS, environment segregation, and the pitfalls of \"quick fixes\" in identity architecture.
* You have experience building formal paths to production and defining support operations.
* You can translate technical risks into clear actionable plans for stakeholders.
