Early Years Services Manager
Salary: £35,448 per annum (FTE equivalent), pro rata 25/30 hours per week, all year round, minimum 4 days per week.
Fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Manager qualified to a minimum a Foundation Degree in Early Years or equivalent, who has a passion for improving outcomes for children and can inspire and motivate others.
This post will be responsible for 3 FSN nurseries across Hastings and St. Leonards, providing professional guidance and support to nursery managers and teams, establishing quality assurance standards to deliver high quality experiences for children and families.
Requirements
* Excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements and regulatory compliance in an early years setting.
* Proven managerial and leadership experience (3 years).
* Good understanding of supporting vulnerable children and families.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring that the EYFS Statutory Framework is embedded and learning outcomes are being met across all nurseries.
* Leading on all aspects of safeguarding and to be the DSL Lead.
* Leading and managing a team to sustain quality care for children.
* Mentoring and coaching staff teams.
FSN would also fully support individuals CPD, and those that want to gain further qualifications in early years.
