Role Overview
As the PPA Cover Teacher, you will:
* Deliver planned lessons across various subjects for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 during teachers’ PPA time.
* Ensure continuity of learning and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.
* Support pupils’ engagement, behaviour, and progress during lessons.
* Collaborate with class teachers to follow lesson plans and use resources effectively.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in primary education across KS1 and KS2.
* Strong classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
* Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to a variety of teaching situations.
* Passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
