Are you a warm, inspiring leader with a passion for babies' earliest experiences? Join our Ofsted Outstanding nursery in the beautiful Suffolk village of Barrow and lead our cosy baby room, known as The Nest.
We're looking for a warm, inspiring Baby Room Manager to lead The Nest—our cosy baby room for children aged 3–18 months at our Ofsted Outstanding Barrow nursery.
This role is about more than management—it's about creating a home-from-home where babies feel safe, curious, and happy. Some days that means trips to the village pond to feed the ducks, other days it's peaceful naps under the plum tree in our gorgeous garden. You'll lead and support your team, build trusting relationships with families, and keep quality and care at the heart of everything you do.

What we're looking for:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
* Paediatric First Aid Certificate
* Experience with babies and some leadership skills - possibly as a deputy room manager
* A nurturing, supportive style
* 40 hours per week - could be 4 long days.
* We follow Suffolk Safer Recruitment Guidelines - a DBS will be required.
