Key Responsibilities
Ideation & Concept Development
* Develop bold, disruptive, and emotionally resonant creative ideas across campaigns, branded content, and social platforms.
* Translate client briefs into compelling creative concepts, treatments, and storyboards.
Videography & Photography
* Lead the full production cycle: pre‑production planning, storyboarding, directing, shooting, and editing.
* Capture high‑quality videos and images that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
* Stay ahead of visual and cultural trends, experimenting with new aesthetics, formats, and storytelling techniques.
Creative Direction & Execution
* Shape the look and feel of shoots — from styling, set design, and lighting, to overall visual direction.
* Collaborate with talents, influencers, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
* Ensure all output meets professional‑level standards while keeping a trendy, fun and fresh edge.
* Proactively propose fresh approaches and creative strategies for clients and platforms.
Requirements
* A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in videography, photography, and content creation.
* 2+ years of experience in creative roles (agency, production house, or proven freelance).
* Exceptional eye for aesthetics, detail, and storytelling.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or equivalent tools.
* Hands‑on expertise with professional cameras, lighting setups, and editing workflows.
* Ability to ideate conceptually while executing with technical precision.
* Self‑driven, collaborative, and thrives in a fast‑paced, experimental environment.
