Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role? We are working closely with a number of lovely, welcoming mainstream primary schools in the Ringwood and Ferndown areas who are seeking dedicated SEN TAs to join their teams on a part-time or full-time basis.
These roles are ideal for compassionate, patient, and proactive individuals who are passionate about making a real difference to children with additional needs.
About the roles:
* Supporting pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional and mental health needs
* Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning, engagement and emotional wellbeing
* Collaborating closely with class teachers, SENCOs and wider support staff
* Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential)
* Experience within mainstream primary schools
* A calm, caring and adaptable approach
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting children
* Availability for part-time or full-time work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
