Ginai Pharmaceuticals is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical wholesaler operating a high-performance, commercially driven sales floor in St Neots.
We are hiring Sales Executives / Account Managers who want responsibility, pace, and genuine earning potential — whether you are early in your sales career and hungry, or an experienced sales professional who wants uncapped upside.
This is a results-led environment where effort, resilience, and commercial thinking are rewarded.
The Role
This is a full-cycle sales role combining new business and account growth:
Proactive outbound sales to pharmacies and trade buyers
Opening and developing new trading accounts
Managing and growing an active portfolio of accounts
Negotiating pricing, volume, and margin
Working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
You will be accountable for revenue and performance.
