This six-month fixed term contract role is to provide a proactive comprehensive and professional administration service which supports the achievement of business objectives, improves organisational performance and ensures legislative and policy compliance.
Role Specific Responsibilities
* Support the department in the provision of administration for learning and development, coordinating bookings, taking registers, scanning documents, designing posters for events, collating and reporting on feedback.
* Support the team with recruitment administration activity including chasing for documents, scanning paperwork, inputting data onto our database.
* Meet and greet interviewees, copy relevant compliance documents and ensure selection assessments are undertaken in agreed deadlines.
* Assisting with the implementation of an applicant tracking system, ensuring data is migrated and input into the system, reconciling spreadsheets to new records and data cleansing.
* Assist with the implementation of a learning management system, ensuring data is migrated and input into the system, reconciling spreadsheets to new records and data cleansing.
* Assist with payroll administration including inputting absence and leave into the HR database in time for monthly payroll deadlines.
* Assist with the updating and collating of all manual and electronic records, including digital archiving, condensing file paths/names and ensuring our files are compliant with retention guidelines.
Hours: 35 hours per week
