In this role, you will be a key player in our site maintenance team, driving initiatives that enhance our utilities and energy efficiency.
Your mission? To collaborate with key stakeholders and help us meet our sustainability goals while ensuring our operations run smoothly. This role primarily operates Monday to Friday, but flexibility is essential to successfully implement projects and manage workloads.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Drive Energy Efficiency: Support efforts to reduce energy and water consumption by 3% per volume of milk.
* Enhance Compliance: Assist the Compliance Manager in advancing our facilities infrastructure and procedures.
* Improve Maintenance: Innovate working methods to enhance utility maintenance and eliminate high-risk hazards.
* Knowledge Sharing: Coach team members and represent the Compliance Manager in their absence.
* Collaborate for Success: Work with Group functions like Process Improvement and OPEX to propel improvement initiatives through Capex processes.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a trained engineer with hands-on experience in utilities equipment, including:
* Steam generation
* Air compressors
* Electricity generation
* Water and effluent management
* Ammonia refrigeration
