Overall Purpose of the Role:
To provide administrative support and advice to HR and operating teams on TUPE gains and losses. The role supports the management / HR team within our operating companies.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
* Providing administrative support to 9,000 units and 4,500 Management Employees in relation to contract mobilisations and demobilisations, in line with existing internal procedures
* Ensure that all administrative legal obligations are adhered to and excellent customer service is given
* Communication via email and letter correspondence and via telephone with various levels of management and external parties
* Ensuring all transferring employees are paid correctly and on time
* Use of payroll system to run reports for tenders and due diligence
* Prioritising workload to meet payroll deadlines, TUPE Regulations and achieve SLA's, by planning ahead

* High level of diligence and attention to detail
* Team Worker – working in a team of TUPE Officers
* Self-starter / self-motivated to finding ways to improve team and own personal efficiencies
* Resilient to changes in a fast pace working environment
* Excellent communication skills, be able to communicate at all levels, both with internal and external customers
* Experience in working with Microsoft Outlook and various Microsoft Office programmes
Desirable Criteria:
* Previous experience in providing HR administrative support
* Broad knowledge of employment law would be useful and specific knowledge of legislation covering TUPE would be desirable
