Conveyancer

We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a well‑established, reputable property team.
The role involves managing a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters, supporting junior colleagues, and ensuring an exceptional standard of client service.
You will be;
* A Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years experience
* Accustomed to handling your own caseload of a range of residential property cases
* Any experience in leading a team would be an advantage however not essential
Your duties will include;
* Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, working with both private clients and limited companies.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands‑on experience across all aspects of the conveyancing process.
* Handle a wide range of transaction types, including:
* Freehold and Leasehold
* New Build
* Shared Ownership
* Help to Buy
* Non‑statutory Lease Extensions
* Work in line with all relevant professional rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
* Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain awareness of growth opportunities.
* Identify training needs within the team and help to implement effective solutions.
