The REAL Co. produces under its own brand 'REAL Alcohol Free', as well as leveraging its technology to produce high-quality break out products for a number of other partners: retailers, food service retailers, and brands. T H E R O L E
As a small yet rapidly growing business, we require a passionate and high energy Brand Manager as a central part of our marketing team to drive the brand’s commercial and equity growth. The role needs an entrepreneurial, creative and inspirational individual, with a passion for the alcohol-free sector to own the development of the brand and activate it through innovative marketing strategies and activities.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this person is responsible for leading the delivery of the annual Marketing Plan across our key consumer channels and brand campaigns that build consumer awareness, trial and purchase to drive increased brand revenue, volume and value market share.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Brand Management
* Manage the REAL brand positioning, identity, and communications across all consumer channels and activities to ensure it is brought to life consistently and in line with brand guidelines.
* Oversee the creative development of consumer, digital & trade marketing campaigns to ensure brand look & feel and messaging is activated consistently.
* Lead and manage relevant brand projects including re-positioning, new campaigns, innovations etc so that they’re launched on time, in full and within budget.
Brand Planning
* Build a clear annual brand plan that is aligned to the broader 3yr brand strategy.
* Provide key support and input into the annual brand planning process including competitor and category analysis, consumer trends, opportunities and threats etc.
* Create a 12 month Marketing A&P budget that is focused on those activities that will ensure delivery against the annual plan, targets and goals.
* Assign clear annual KPIs for each brand campaign and marketing related activity.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and activity.
Brand Communications
* Own the brand content calendar, collaborating with marketing team members to plan, create and execute campaigns
* Work in collaboration with the Digital Growth Manager to create fresh content that is in line with brand campaigns, brand guidelines, and the monthly digital content calendar.
* Collaborate and manage Consumer & Trade PR agency to deliver campaign specific and ongoing earned branded PR coverage that builds brand awareness.
* Work with Sales team to deliver Trade Marketing materials that are executed in-store and fit within brand guidelines.
* Build performing on-brand creative assets that resonate with our audience both yourself, and working with external agencies.
