We're a leader in the worldwide nacelle market for aircraft engines. Through our unrivalled technological expertise, we integrate nacelle components to optimise the performance of aircraft propulsion systems. We continually strive to make our products lighter, quieter, smarter and easier to maintain. What will I be doing? The role of Manufacturing Engineer will include the following (but not be limited to): Define complex assembly manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with the product design specifications. Design manufacturing processes which demonstrate the necessary capacity and capability performance required to meet/exceed customer demand. Create and validate standard operating procedures, work instruction sheets, quality control points and methods of inspection. Ensure that effective plant, equipment and tooling strategies are in place. Create routes, BOMS, master layouts, tooling requests, data sheets, CM's and associated drawings. Plan, drive and coordinate the activities contributing to the industrial product validation (methods, Purchasing, engineering etc). Evaluate the risks of change and identify risks reduction actions via the use of a PFMEA.
